Eszylfie Taylor is the founder and president of Taylor Insurance and Financial Services located in the financial district of Pasadena, California, and serves as financial advisor to individuals, business owners, athletes, celebrities, and high net worth families. He attended Concordia University on a basketball scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Prior to founding his own company in 2013, he was a standout financial advisor at New York Life making Chairman’s Cabinet and finishing as one of the top 25 advisors in the country in 2012(out of approximately 10,000).

Early on in his career, Mr. Taylor had a breakthrough that centered around how to improve his market and focus on solving problems, not selling products. Joe Jordan, inspirational speaker and behavioral finance expert, is the author of the award-winning book

Joe is the recipient of the 2023 John Newton Russell Memorial Award. The award is the highest honor accorded by the insurance industry for outstanding services to the institution of life insurance.

Formerly, Joe ran insurance sales at Paine Webber and more recently was a senior vice president at MetLife. He was responsible for retail product development and started their fee-based financial planning program and behavioral finance department.

For three consecutive years, he has been honored by Irish America magazine as one of the "Top 50 Irish Americans on Wall Street."
