Karl Susman, CPCU, CIC, LUTCF, API, CFS, @Owner, Susman Insurance Agency
Karl has been an insurance agent and broker for over 25 years. He also serves as an insurance expert witness for complex litigation and has been retained for both state and federal cases. He owns and works in an independent insurance agency in West Los Angeles. He is a provider of continuing education to attorneys in the State of California by the California State Bar Association. He is a graduate of California State University, Northridge. Karl will be speaking about online security.

Lynne Rosenberg, President, Innovative Solutions Insurance Services
Lynne’s leadership began at Travelers, then Transamerica, where she assumed the role of Brokerage Manager. Throughout her career, Lynne has won numerous awards including the first woman to win Transamerica’s prestigious President’s Cup and, most recently in February 2021, the highly recognized Will G. Farrell Public Service Award from NAIFA-Los Angeles & FSP. Since founding Innovative Solutions Insurance Services in 1997, Lynne has grown her firm into one of the top 10 insurance brokerage general agencies in Los Angeles as well as a leader nationally. Innovative Solutions ranks as a Top 100 Women-Owned Business in Los Angeles. Lynne earned her college degree from Occidental College.

Tom Michel, NAIFA National President & Managing Partner, Michel Financial Group
Tom is NAIFA National's 2020 President. He also served as NAIFA California's 80th President as well as being a two-term President of NAIFA-Los Angeles. He has been a MDRT producer as an agent. He is the recipient of multiple Diamond International Management Awards from GAMA as well as the 2013 Will J. Farrell Award from NAIFA-Los Angeles & FSP. In 2015 Tom was appointed as National Trustee to serve on the NAIFA National Board of Directors. In 2018 he served as Secretary of NAIFA National. Tom meets regularly with top state, federal, and civic legislators. Tom is the owner of Michel Financial Group along with his wife, Kim Michel.
