Jonathan completed his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2018 and has a BA from Cal State University Fresno.
Chris has his MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at The University of Virginia, and his BA in Economics, Psychology & Political Science from Rice University.
Jonathan is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Central California.
Both Jonathon and Chris are members of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA)

Jonathan serves as the Past President of Fresno Sunset Rotary and the Event Coordinator for the Central California Society of Human Resource Managers (CCSHRM).
In Jonathan’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and playing golf.
Chris serves as the Mentor Coordinator for the Laval Entrepreneur Mentor Program (EMP) at Cal State University Fresno, and as the two-year old classroom leader at The Well Community Church.
Chris has also served as Adjunct Faculty, Business Division, Fresno City College.
Philip M. Flanigan, Attorney at Law
The Law Offices of Philip M. Philip M. Flanigan holds a B.S. degree from California State University-Fresno where he also played baseball and holds a J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, having graduated cum laude. Mr. Flanigan is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar, the Fresno County Bar Association, Lawyers With Purpose, LLC, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, National Care Planning Council and WealthCounsel, LLC. He is admitted to practice in courts throughout the state including the United States District Courts in and for the Eastern, Central, Northern and Southern districts as well and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Flanigan devotes his practice exclusively to the counseling and representation of clients in the areas of life care planning, estate planning, wills and trusts, qualifying for Medi-Cal and VA long term care benefits and probate and estate administration and has helped hundreds of families just like yours protect their assets and provide for their loved ones.
In addition to his busy practice, Mr. Flanigan is a frequent speaker on elder law and care management topics, regularly presenting educational seminars for public as well as private groups.
